Original 2006 CD issue with alternate insert artwork - Stones Throw STH2126. Also, track 31 is titled "Donuts (Intro).
I received the smile cover. Upon delivery, the plastic wrap seemed quite tight, since the bottom corner of the cover was slightly bent upon arrival. Luckily it didn't harm the record itself, and the cover mostly straightened out after a couple days. Overall fantastic album and purchase, plays great on vinyl.
